We invite healthcare providers, the public (over 18 years old) with lived post COVID-19 condition experience (also known as long COVID) and caregivers in Canada to share about their awareness, attitudes, and use of the Canadian Guidelines for Post COVID-19 Condition (CAN-PCC).
