Connecting people, evidence and action to improve health care in the Maritimes
The Maritime SPOR SUPPORT Unit (MSSU) is pleased to release our annual Report to Community, highlighting our activities between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
Advancing health research in the Maritimes starts with people—patients, healthcare providers, researchers, and decision makers—coming together with a shared purpose. Last year people across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island came together to advance patient-oriented research and strengthen our health systems. Guided by patient and provincial priorities, our work reflects the power of partnerships to create meaningful change for healthier communities in the Maritimes.
Available in both French and English, the report showcases our ongoing commitment to building collaborative research teams that value the lived or living experience of people in the Maritimes.
Inside the report, you’ll find:
- Inspiring examples of how lived and living experience shaped research this year
- How our collaborations are advancing provincial health priorities
- Growth across our support services, partnerships, and provincial data capacity
- A snapshot of the measurable results we’re proud to share
