Keeping up With Knowledge Translation

Started in 2020, the Keeping up with Knowledge Translation (KT) capacity development series shares experiences and best practices in various aspects of KT. Each webinar touches on both the practice and science of KT, while highlighting researchers and organizations in the Maritimes. The webinars are intended for a broad range of health system stakeholders including clinicians and health care practitioners, Patient/Public Partners, trainees, policy-makers, and researchers. 

Showcasing Health System Impact Fellows

In this session, three Health System Impact Fellows present their fellowship activities, reflecting on how they support Learning Health System (LHS) approaches in Nova Scotia. A panel discussion follows the presentations.

Supporting Maritime Learning Health Systems

This session the concept of a Learning Heath System (LHS) is introduced and  a new Maritime-made model for LHS and discuss available supports; and share reflections on the role of community in LHS.

Learning Together Evaluation Framework
