Increasing Access to Care Through Pharmacist Prescribing for Infectious Syndromes

Position Type: Patient Participant

Role overview: Dalhousie University researchers are looking for patients to participate in an interview or focus group discussions for the project Increasing Access to Care Through Pharmacist Prescribing for Infectious Syndromes. This study builds on the MSSU priority project Pharmacist Prescribing and Primary Health Care Access.

Skills, knowledge, experience required: You may be eligible to participate if you

  • Are a licensed pharmacist working in a community pharmacy with at least 1 year of experience working in Nova Scotia
  • A healthcare provider or a decision-maker working in Nova Scotia for at least 1 year
  • Member of the public who accessed care through a community pharmacy in the past year and are 18 years or older and speak, read and understand English

Location: Online

Time Commitment: The interview or focus groups will be between 60 – 90 minutes and will be scheduled at your convenience.

Compensation: In appreciation of your time, a gift card will be provided.
