Researchers are in the initial stages of planning an evidence synthesis on outdoor air quality and health. They would like to engage a patient partner from New Brunswick as part of their research team as they conduct the evidence synthesis.
Eligibility
They are looking for someone who is interested in research on the intersection between environment and health and in conducting an evidence synthesis study. Someone with previous experience is not necessary, but they must feel comfortable navigating a peer-reviewed publication. Some knowledge of epidemiological, health economics and evidence synthesis methodologies is an asset.
Time Commitment
Engagement (virtual) will begin immediately and last until summer 2025. The level of engagement will depend on the interest of patient partner. At minimum, there will be a monthly meeting with the project lead and key research team members. If there is more interest, the patient partner can actively participate in various evidence synthesis activities including searching, screening, reading, and/or summarizing literature.
Compensation
Compensation will be offered.
