Position Type: Patient Participant
We invite individuals who have undergone cardiac rehabilitation or have been involved in cardiac care to participate in a survey about cardiac rehab experiences.
This survey aims to gather valuable insights and feedback from individuals who have undergone cardiac rehabilitation or have been closely involved with cardiac care. It is important we hear input as it will help us better understand the needs, challenges, and experiences of cardiac rehabilitation patients.
The following criteria details individuals who are eligible to complete a survey about their experiences and knowledge surrounding cardiac rehabilitation:
- 19 years of age or older (or 18+ in PEI),
- Lives in the Atlantic Provinces,
- And have been advised or referred to participate in cardiac rehabilitation programs
We believe perspectives and experiences could significantly contribute to shaping the future of cardiac rehabilitation programs, making them more effective and tailored to meet the needs of patients.
