The Learning Together Evaluation framework for Patient and Public Engagement (PPE) in Research is a first-of-its kind, Canadian-made tool. The framework is adaptable and can be used to plan and evaluate patient engagement before, during and at the end of a research project. The framework encourages continuous reflection to sustain a learning health system that truly considers the needs, priorities and perspectives of patients, communities and citizens.

Join us to hear how the framework was co-designed by a diverse national coalition, learn about the framework and its guiding principles, and discuss how it can be applied in practice. Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A discussion, where speakers will be joined by Dr. Robin Urquhart.

Participants are invited to explore an interactive version of the framework online and reflect on how the various elements impact their work – and bring their questions to the session.
