We have created a questionnaire through a collaborative co-production process involving individuals with lived/living experience and researchers. We are now testing how well the questionnaire works. We are inviting individuals to complete the revised questionnaire so we can evaluate how the questionnaire performs, and whether it functions well. This phase will help us understand how well the questionnaire works. Participation will help us refine and strengthen the questionnaire, hopefully making it a valuable resource.

- Reside in Canada.
- Self-identify as a person with lived/living experience of mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Time Commitment
Screening and consent meeting: 10 – 15 minutes
Filling out questionnaire: 30 – 40 minutes
Re-test phase: 10 – 15 minutes
Participants will be asked to schedule a meeting with our research analyst where they will check eligibility and if they are eligible, complete the consent form. This will take around 10 – 15 minutes. After that, participants will be asked to complete the PICS questionnaire, as well as a number of other questionnaires. This will take around 30 – 40 minutes and compensation will be provided. There is also an optional re-test portion of the study, where we would ask you to complete just the PICS questionnaire again approximately one month later. This will take around 10 – 15 minutes and additional compensation will be provided.
