At the core of knowledge translation is a desire to move evidence into policy and practice—putting what we learn from research to work in real-world settings. The Healthy Seniors Pilot Project (HSPP) involves more than 65 community and government applied research initiatives, exploring how to better support older adults in New Brunswick and beyond. Many of these pilot projects are moving into a new phase of work that focuses on sustainability, spread and scale.

Learn more about the HSPP and the unique approaches that two HSPP projects are taking to sustain their projects, expanding the impact of their research for public good in this session of Keeping Up With Knowledge Translation.
